# Fight, ‘Stampede’ at Dallas Cheer Competition Injured 10

During the fight, multiple poles were reportedly knocked down, and the loud noise caused panic. There were no shots fired, but social media users posted fear of a possible shooting at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. All ten injuries — which, per the *Morning News*, included scrapes and “extremity” fractures — were suffered during the evacuation.

Thousands of people were attending the NCA All-Star National Championship at the time of the chaos.
